摘  要:目的检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)在扁平苔藓皮肤中的表达及角质形成细胞的凋亡指数(AI)。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测MMP-9和Caspase-3在30例扁平苔藓及10例正常人皮肤对照组中的表达。同时采用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的原位缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测角质形成细胞的凋亡指数。结果 MMP-9和Caspase-3在扁平苔藓中阳性表达率均明显高于健康对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);扁平苔藓组表皮层角质形成细胞的凋亡指数明显高于健康对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 MMP-9和Caspase-3在扁平苔藓中高表达,推测可能参与了角质形成细胞的凋亡。Objective To detect the expression of matrix matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9) and cysteine protease-3( Caspase-3) in lichen planus skin and the apoptosis index( AI) of keratinocytes.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in 30 cases of lichen planus and 10 cases of normal controls.At the same time,deoxyribonucleotide terminal transferase mediated in situ Nick end labeling method( Tunel) was used to detect AI of keratinocytes.Results The positive expression rate of MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in lichen planus were both significantly higher than those in healthy control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant( P〈0.01); Apoptosis index of epidermal keratinocytes in lichen planus group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group,statistically significant( P〈0.01).Conclusion The overexpression of MMP-9 and Caspase-3 in lichen planus suggests that they may be involved in the apoptosis of keratinocytes.
