摘　　要：目的比较岩盐气溶胶疗法和抗过敏药物疗法对儿童轻度间歇性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将180例患儿随机分为岩盐气溶胶组、顺尔宁组、空白组,记录症状及体征评分随访4周,并测定治疗前和治疗4周时的嗜酸细胞百分比和免疫球蛋白(IgE)含量,以比较观察其临床疗效。结果改善症状和体征评分方面,岩盐组<顺尔宁组<空白组,两两间差异均有统计学意义;时间方面:治疗组随着时间的延长,治疗效果显著;嗜酸细胞百分比和IgE含量,岩盐组<顺尔宁组<空白组,两两间差异均有统计学意义。结论岩盐气溶胶疗法可安全有效地改善患儿鼻部症状及体征。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of rock salt aerosol in treating mild intermittent allergic rhinitis（AR） in children. Methods The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups： rock salt aerosol group,montelukast sodium tablets group and control group. The clinical efficacy of treatment was based on total nasal symptom scores,sign scores and clinical findings in the four weeks treatment duration. The percentage of eosinophils and the content of immunoglobulins（IgE） were measured before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results Rock salt aerosol can lower AR symptom and sign scores compared with montelukast sodium tablet. As time goes on,the treatment effect was significant. Rock salt aerosol can lower the percentage of eosinophilsand and immunoglobulin E compared with Montelukast Sodium Tablet. Conclusion The method of rock salt aerosol therapy is safe and effective to improve the nasal symptoms and signs of AR children.
