针药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛病大都因气滞湿热火毒瘀滞,余毒未尽,经脉失疏,致使气滞血瘀,经气不宣,以致疼痛剧烈,病程迁延,《灵枢·经脉》曰"经脉者,所以能决生死,处百病,调虚实,不可不通",针灸目的就是通过刺激腧穴、经络使经络调畅、协调阴阳,变"不通则痛"为"通则不痛",多半疾病的病症往往是复杂的,为治无遗邪,照顾全面,佐以汤药,疗效快捷安全的解决后遗神经痛。Postherpetic neuralgia is mostly fire poison stasis due to qi and damp and hot,meridian dredging,the qi and blood stasis,bullishness is not declared,so that pain and illnesses,in Lingshu· Jingmai,meridians can definitely life and death in all ills,false or true.The acupuncture is through stimulation of acupoints,channels and collaterals meridian factors,coordination of yin and yang,the general principles of the ＂no pain＂to ＂general principles of pain＂,mostly disease symptoms are often complex,for involuntary discharge of urine,taking care of a comprehensive,with liquid form,and the curative effect is quick and safe after the solution of neuralgia.
