自拟活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在辽阳市第二人民医院中医科就诊的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分组,2组患者在西医控制血糖达标的基础上,对照组40例采用甲钴胺注射液治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟活血通脉汤治疗,参照中医证候疗效评定,比较2组患者治疗后总有效率。结果试验组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病周围神经病变患者在常规西医治疗的基础上使用自拟活血通脉汤治疗,可以明显提高患者的总有效率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huoxue Tongmai decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in department of traditional Chinese medicine of Second People＇s Hospital of Liaoyang. Patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of controlling blood glucose by Western medicine,the control group was treated with Mecobalamin injection,and the experimental group used Huoxue Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group. Referring to TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation,the clinical effective rate was compared. Results The clinical effective rate in the experimental group and in the control group was 97. 5% and 80. 0% respectively. The effective rate of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of the Western medicine,self-made Huoxue Tongmai decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy can obviously improve the clinical effect,and deserve to be popularized in clinical practice.
