脑出血急性期应用祛痰瘀清热方的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对脑出血急性期应用祛痰瘀清热方的治疗效果予以分析。方法整体筛查法选取2008年12月—2018年1月期间我院诊治的脑出血急性期患者60例,对照组:30例患者接受综合疗法;观察组:30例患者以综合疗法联合祛痰瘀清热方治疗。结果观察组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分、NIHSS评分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛痰瘀清热方治疗脑出血急性期,能促进患者神经功能改善,效果显著。Objective To analyze the curative effect of eliminating phlegm and clearing away heat prescription on acute stage cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The overall screening method selected 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from December 2008 to January2018. The control group of 30 patients received comprehensive treatment. The observation group of 30 patients was treated with combined therapy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The eliminating phlegm and clearing away heat prescription on acute stage cerebral hemorrhage can promote the improvement of neurological function in patients.
