摘 要:为了探明甘蔗根际土壤AM真菌群落季节性变化规律及其影响因素,2016年4月、8月、10月和12月在里建甘蔗试验基地,采集4个施肥水平(0%、25%、50%、100%)下的甘蔗根际土壤,采用高通量测序技术分析不同施肥水平下AM真菌群落季节变化规律。结果表明:4个季节共检测到10属AM真菌,AM真菌Chaol、Shannon-Wiener指数Shannon-Wiener和Invsimpsonindex指数从春季到冬季呈先降后升的趋势,夏季最低;4个季节共检测出281个AM真菌OTUs(operational taxonomic units),春季、夏季、秋季、冬季的OTUs数目分别为160、68、103、198个。4个季节甘蔗根际土壤中球囊霉属(Glomus)占有绝对的优势,之后是类球囊霉属(Paraglomus)和多样孢囊霉属(Diversispora)。此外,也有少量的原囊霉属(Archaeospora)、巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)、无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)、盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)和两性球囊霉属(Ambispora)。不同季节AM真菌群落组成差异显著,但总体来说冬季和春季种群结构相似,夏季和秋季相似,而夏季和秋季的AM真菌种类比春季和冬季的AM真菌种类多。In this paper, four seasonal variation of AM fungal community in the rhizosphere of sugarcane was investigated by Illumina MiSeq and influencing factors were analyzed. Soil samples were collected from the rhizosphere of sugarcane plants under four different fertilization levels(0%, 25%, 50% and 100%) in April, August, October and December 2016, respectively. A total of 10 genera of AM fungi were discovered. Shannon-Weiner indices, richness and Simpson Index of AM fungi decreased first and then increased from spring to winter, lowest values occurred in summer. A total of 281 AM fungal OTUs(operational taxonomic units) were detected in four seasons, with 160 OTUs, 68 OTUs, 103 OTUs, and 198 OTUs in spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively. Glomus was the most dominant genus in the soils in the study, followed by Paraglomus and Diversispora. A small number of Archaeospora, Gigaspora, Acaulospora, Scutellospora and Ambispora species were also identified. AM fungal community compositions in summer and autumn were significantly different from that of spring and winter, while the difference was not significant between summer and autumn. AM fungi species in summer and autumn were more than those in spring and winter.
