摘  要:为研究煤体吸附过程中温度的变化及分布情况,设计了瓦斯吸附解吸温度实验测量系统。系统主要包括3部分,即温度控制系统、瓦斯吸附解吸系统和多测点温度测量系统。通过自制的煤样,实验研究了在20℃的恒定温度下,不同煤样瓦斯吸附量以及瓦斯吸附过程温度变化情况;并且绘制温度场,通过温度场的测定,找到最适合单点测量吸附过程温度变化的点的位置,进一步拟合分析,提出了煤体吸附瓦斯过程中某点温度变化最大值和中心点处的关系式。In order to investigate the temperature change and distribution of coal adsorption, the study designs the temperature measurement system of gas adsorption and desorption. The system mainly consists of several subsystems including a temperature control system, an adsorption and desorption experiment system, and a multi-point temperature measurement system. The experiment studies the gas adsorption quantity and the temperature change of different coal samples under constant temperature at20 ℃ and different adsorption equilibrium pressure. The distribution of temperature field inside the jar is derived in the experiment. The best point to measure the temperature of the adsorption process is found. Through the fitting analysis, the relationship between a certain point of temperature change maximum and the central point is obtained.
