摘 要:在淮南矿区深部巷道现状分析的基础上,提出了预应力全长复合锚固及锚注一体化综合支护技术,并指出了其拉力分散型的力学本质,在控制围岩切向、径向变形方面,全长锚固显著优于端部锚固。顾北矿支护型式对比试验结果表明,采用本技术能够同步实现预紧及时支护、全长锚固和注浆三位一体多重功能,在围岩控制效果、掘进速度及支护成本方面具有显著优势,是解决淮南矿区深部及复杂应力环境巷道支护的有效途径。Based on the analysis of the present situation of deep roadway in Huainan Mining Area, the comprehensive support technology of pre-stressed full-length composite anchorage and anchorage-grouting integration is proposed. The mechanical nature of its tensile dispersion is pointed out also. The full length anchorage is greatly superior to end anchorage in controlling the shear and radial deformation of surrounding rock. The comparison in Gubei Coal Mine test results of support type shows that this technique can realize the multiple functions of pre-tightening, timely support and full-length composite anchorage and grouting simultaneously. It has obvious advantages in controlling the surrounding rock, digging speed and supporting cost. It is an effective way to solve the deep and complex stress environment roadway support in Huainan Mining Area.
