摘 要:华亭煤矿2501采区所采5#煤层为强冲击倾向性特厚煤层,上分层工作面采掘过程中,冲击地压显现异常剧烈,造成了惨重人员伤亡及经济损失。为了防范冲击地压,在采区布置掘进过程中进行合理的开拓布置和优化设计。在下分层首采面布置期间,从防冲角度对煤柱留设、工作面开采顺序、切眼布置、停采线设计、工作面布置及支护参数调整等方面进行优化设计,并确定下分层工作面回采期间合理推进速度,最大限度地消除和降低了开采技术条件等对冲击危险的影响作用。通过对下分层首采工作面掘进期间和对应上分层工作面掘进期间的冲击地压破坏情况进行对比,发现该控制方法对冲击地压有很好的控制效果,达到了预期的目标。The No. 5 coal seam in 2501 mining area of Huating Coal Mine is a thick coal seam with strong impact tendency.During the mining process of the upper layer working face, the rock burst was abnormal violent, which caused heavy casualties and economic losses. In order to protect against rock burst, we propose reasonable deployment and optimum design during driving construction of coal seam. During the first face layout of the lower layer, we design the mining sequence of working face, the cutting hole arrangement, the design of stop-working line, the working face arrangement, and the parameters of supporting system and determine the reasonable advancing speed during the mining of the lower layer working face to reduce or even eliminate the impact of mining technology on the rock burst. By comparing the damage situation of rock burst during the driving construction of the lower layer working face and the corresponding upper layer working face, we find that the control method has well control effect on rock burst and achieves the anticipated goal.
