摘  要:以邯钢第二原料场环保改造项目——混匀料场桩基工程为例,介绍了旋挖钻机成孔、冲击钻机成孔、反循环钻机成孔以及长螺旋钻孔压灌工艺。通过对其工艺的环保、经济、技术的综合比较,决定采用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩进行施工,为类似工程提供了参考。Taking for example the Hansteel second raw material stockyard environmental protection reconstruction project--the pile foundation project of blending yard stockyard, rotary drilling, percussion drilling, reverse circulation drilling and long spiral drilled press-grouting technique are described. Through the comprehensive comparison of the processes in terms of the environmental protection, economy and technology, it is decided to use the long spiral drilled press-grouting pile for the construction, which can provides example for similar projects.
