民族区域自治制度在西藏的成功实践及其完善的经验借鉴

摘　　要：民族区域自治制度是解决民族问题的中国模式与中国经验,对民族地区社会稳定发展起着至关重要的作用。对民族区域自治理论的认知,必须要回归于宪法文本,从宪制理论层面来把握民族区域自治的理论基础。历史和现实表明,民族区域自治制度在西藏的实践是成功的,民族区域自治制度是西藏民主政治发展的基石,也是西藏社会稳定发展的正确选择。坚持正确的政治方向、加快推进西藏社会发展、全面推进依法治藏,是民族区域自治制度在西藏成功实践的保障。China＇s regional national autonomy is different from Western self-determination, and regional national autonomy is the Chinese model and Chinese experience in solving ethnic problems. The cognition of the theory of regional national autonomy must be returned to the constitutional text and grasp the theoretical basis of the regional national autonomy from the perspective of constitutional theory. History and reality show that the system of regional ethnic autonomy in Tibet was successful, the practice of regional national autonomy system is the foundation of democratic political development in Tibet, it is also the right choice for the development of Tibetan social stability.Upholding the right political direction, speeding up the development of Tibetan society and comprehensively advancing the rule of law and hiding in accordance with the law is the guarantee of the successful practice of ethnic regional autonomy in Tibet.
