摘  要:目的建立工作场所空气中二氧化氮的固体吸附管采样-离子色谱测定方法。方法采用分子筛固体吸附管采集空气样品,经质量分数为1. 50%三乙醇胺解吸液解吸并过滤后,经阴离子色谱保护柱分离再进行检测。结果亚硝酸根离子在质量浓度为0. 10~24. 00 mg/L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0. 999 9;方法检出限为0. 04mg/L。以采集48 L空气计算,二氧化氮最低检出浓度为0. 007 mg/m3。方法平均解吸效率为92. 42%~99. 98%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为0. 91%~3. 64%和0. 18%~1. 32%,样品在室温下至少可保存14 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中二氧化氮的检测。Objective To establish a method of solid adsorption tube sampling-ion chromatography for detecting nitrogen dioxide in workplace air. Methods Air samples were collected by the solid adsorption tube of molecular sieve. After desorption with 1. 50% triethanolamine solution and filtration,the samples were separated by an ion chromatography column and then detected. Results The linearity range of nitrite ion was 0. 10-24. 00 mg/L,the correlation coefficiency was 0. 999 9,and the detection limit was 0. 04 mg/L. The minimum detectable concentration of nitrogen dioxide was 0. 007 mg/m^3( air sample volume of 48 L). The average desorption efficiency was 92. 42%-99. 98%. The within-run and between-run relative standard deviation were 0. 91%-3. 64% and 0. 18%-1. 32%,respectively. The samples could be preserved at room temperature for 14 days. Conclusion This method is suitable for detecting nitrogen dioxide in workplace air.
