联合检测血清半乳糖凝集素-3、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:研究血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)联合检测在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的应用价值。方法:选择在我院住院的78例CHF患者(CHF组),在患者入院第2天和出院当天分别留取血样测定Galectin-3、sST2含量,根据纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级标准将CHF患者分为心功能Ⅱ级(26例)、心功能Ⅲ级(28例)、心功能Ⅳ级(24例)3个亚组,另选同期30名心功能正常的体检者作为对照组。比较入院时各组Galectin-3、sST2含量的差异并观察住院前后各组Galectin-3、sST2含量的变化,对所有CHF患者随访60d,评价Galectin-3、sST2联合检测在CHF患者中的应用价值。结果:CHF组患者的血清Galectin-3、sST2水平均高于对照组,且心功能越差,Galectin-3、sST2水平越高,差异有统计学意义。随访60d发现,心血管事件组Galectin-3、sST2水平明显高于无心血管事件组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭程度越重,Galectin-3、sST2水平越高,联合检测Galectin-3、sST2能快速对CHF患者进行危险分层并判断预后。Objective：To investigate the value of combined detection of serum Galectin-3 and sST2 in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Method：A total of 78 hospitalized patients with CHF were enrolled.Blood samples were collected for Galectin-3 and sST2 on the second day of admission and on the day of discharge.According to the classification of function capacity of the NYHA,patients with CHF were divided into three groups：26 cases of NYHA Ⅱ,28 cases of NYHA Ⅲ,and 24 cases of NYHA Ⅳ.Another 30 cases people with normal heart function were selected as the control group.The levels of Galectin-3 and sST2 in each group were compared before and after hospitalization,and the changes of Galectin-3 and sST2 levels in each group were observed before and after hospitalization.All CHF patients were followed up for 60 days to evaluate the value of combination of Galectin-3 and sST2 in CHF patients.Result：The serum levels of Galectin-3 and sST2 in CHF patients were higher than those in the control group.The worsened cardiac function was,the higher the Galectin-3 and sST2 levels were,the difference was statistically significant.After 60 days of follow-up,the levels of Galectin-3 and sST2 in cardiovascular events were significantly higher than those without cardiovascular events（P0.05）.Conclusion：The higher the degree of heart failure,the higher the level of Galectin-3 and sST2,and the combined detection of Galectin-3 and sST2 can rapidly stratify the CHF patients and judge the prognosis.
