摘  要:磁控式并联电抗器(MCSR)铁芯上绕有网侧绕组、补偿绕组和控制绕组,其中控制绕组作为控制无功功率输出的核心部分,对其保护性能的要求很高。基于一种已经投入运行的MCSR励磁系统结构,文中详细分析了控制绕组发生接地故障、相间短路和匝间短路的故障特征,提出了新的MCSR控制绕组保护方案,给出了整定计算原则。利用低电压与过电流复合型保护作为接地故障的保护,有效消除了死区;利用每相两绕组基波电流比相保护作为控制绕组相间短路的保护,提高了保护灵敏度;利用基于电流变化量的保护作为控制绕组匝间短路的保护,轻微匝间短路也有较高灵敏度。仿真结果验证了新原理的有效性。The core of magnetically controlled shunt reactor(MCSR)has a network-side winding,a compensator winding and a control winding.The control winding is the core part for reactive power output control,and it has a high requirement for protection performance.Based on the structure of a MCSR excitation system that had already been put into operation,the failure characteristics of grounding faults,phase to phase faults and turn-to-turn faults in control winding are analyzed in detail.This paper puts forward a new control winding protection scheme and setting calculation.It takes the low-voltage and overcurrent composite protection as the protection for grounding fault to effectively eliminate the dead zone.The proposed scheme takes the fundamental frequency current phase comparison protection as the protection for phase-to-phase fault to improve the sensitivity of protection,and takes the current variation protection as the protection for turn-to-turn fault,which has high sensitivity in a slight turn to turn fault.The validity of the new protection scheme is verified by the simulation results.
