摘  要:针对现有配电自动化系统无法满足单元制配电网运行控制需求的问题,综合考虑调度员所关心的配电网安全稳定运行的相关因素,文中提出了新一代配电自动化系统单元制配电网运行控制功能设计与应用,详细设计了单元制配电网运行控制功能,主要包括单元制自动建模功能、单元制自动成图功能、单元制故障处理功能以及单元制风险预警功能,并将其功能应用于苏州、镇江等地区配电网,辅助调度员对单元制配电网进行运行控制分析。The existing distribution automation system cannot meet the requirements of operation and controlling of unit distribution networks.The relevant factors of safe and stable operation of the distribution network concerned by the dispatcher are considered.An operating and controlling function design and its application are present based on the unit distribution networks in the new-generation distribution automation system.The operating and controlling functions are designed based on the unit distribution networks in detail.The functions consist of unit automatic modeling,unit automatic graphic,unit fault processing and unit risk early warning.Meanwhile,the functions have been implemented for Suzhou and Zhenjiang power grid and so on.In addition,they are used to help dispatchers to analyze the operation and control of unit distribution networks.
