摘　　要：以1978年全国科学大会召开为标志性节点,回溯习近平新时代科技创新思想的理论起点。以改革开放以来新阶段的科技创新实践为基础,总结习近平新时代科技创新思想的内涵特征;以十八大以来我国科技创新的显著成就,阐述习近平新时代科技创新思想在新时代的集成提升。提炼习近平新时代科技创新思想在改革开放以来丰富、完善及提升的演进逻辑。Taking the 1978 National Science Conference as the landmark node,it traces back to the theoretical starting point of Xi Jin-ping＇s new era of scientific and technological innovation.Based on the scientific and technological innovation practice in the new stage since the reform and opening up,this paper summarizes the connotation characteristics of Xi Jinping＇s new era of scientific and technological innovation thoughts;and expounds the integration and improvement of Xi Jinping＇s new era of scientific and technological innovation in the new era with the remarkable achievements of China＇s scientific and technological innovation since the 18 th National Congress.Refining the evolutionary logic of Xi Jinping＇s new era of scientific and technological innovation thoughts since the reform and opening up.
