摘　　要：针对各实施企业自成体系、相对封闭、创新资源分散重复、统筹协调不足的问题,基于博弈论对不同企业参与重大科技工程协同创新的关系进行分析,从纵向委托代理、横向战略联盟即合作研发以及两者的综合等三方面揭示出影响协同创新主体间关系的因素。Aiming at problems of the implemented enterprise＇s self-system,relatively closed,dispersed and repeated innovation resources,insufficient coordination,this text analyzes the cooperative-innovation relationship between different enterprises involved in a major project of science and technology based on the game theory,which reveals the main influence on the cooperative-innovation unit＇s relationship from three aspects：principal agent in vertical direction,strategic alliance meaning cooperation in transverse direction and the combination.
