摘　　要：人口老龄化问题日趋严重,老年宜居环境建设研究成为有效缓解养老问题的一项综合性研究课题。本文对老年宜居环境建设的现状进行了分析与研究,并对老年宜居环境建设的理论研究、标准制定、建设实践等方面现状及问题进行了梳理。借鉴发达国家经验,结合我国国情对老年宜居环境规划与建设的研究方向、框架体系、研究重点等内容进行前瞻性思考。Along with the issue of aging population getting more serious,the study about the construction of elderly livable environment has became a comprehensive research which alleviates aging effectively. The thesis analyzes the current situation on the construction of the elderly livable environment,and sorts out the current situation and problems which include studies of theory,standard of formulation and practices of construction. Combined with the experiences of developed countries and China＇s conditions,the thesis makes forward-looking thinking on direction,framework and research on the field of planning and construction of elderly livable environment.
