摘 要:为了实现虾塘均匀、定量投饵,提高饵料利用效率,降低人工劳动强度,研制了一种人工控制投饵路径的移动式投饵系统,该投饵系统以双体船作为移动平台,采用单轴双向螺旋送料方式配合抛洒范围大的双盘对称抛料机构实现高效均匀投饵。试验结果表明,抛料电机转速为700 r/min时,饵料覆盖宽度能达到5 m;选用150 N推力的推进器能使双体船航速达到3 m/s以上;送料电机以35 r/min的速度送料并配合双体船3 m/s的航速时能够在4 min内完成0.467 hm^2虾塘的均匀抛料。该系统可以有效提高虾塘的投饵效率和投喂的自动化水平,具有广阔的应用前景,研究成果可以为后续优化和无人移动式双盘对称抛料投饵系统的设计提供参考。In order to realize the uniform and quantitative feeding of shrimp ponds, make full use of bait, and decrease labor intensity, a mobile feeding system with its artificially-controlled feeding path is developed. The feeding system adopts the catamaran as its platform. The single-axis hi-directional screw feeding, combined with the symmetric double-disk feeding mecha- nism featuring a large throwing range, ensures the efficient and uniform feeding. The test results show that when the speed of the throwing motor is 700 r/min, the feeding coverage stands at 5 m; by means of the propeller with a 150 N thrust, the speed of the catamaran is 3 ntis or more ; the feeding motor running at the speed of 35 r/min and the catamaran running at the speed of 3 m/s ensure the uniform feeding in the 0.467 hm2 shrimp pond in 4 min. The system ensures the greater efficiency of feeding and achieves a high level of automation, which will be widely adopted in the future. The results provide reference for the subsequent optimization and design of unmanned mobile symmetric double-disk feeding system.
