摘 要:为解决产品创新过程中用户潜在需求的有效获取问题,以情感化设计为基础构建设计场景。基于Web获取典型要素,以确定场景构建的关键方向;根据情感化设计中不同认知维度分别构建本能层和行为层场景,并利用相关性原理判定两层次场景的关联性以整合场景;然后将场景中用户反思情感显性化,将简化后的情绪环状模型作为用户反思情感词来源,用两对基本情感词制作各场景的李克特量表,经调查问卷得出各场景所对应的用户反思情感区域;利用鱼骨图法进行场景分析得出用户需求,经需求处理转化为设计要求;最后以清分扎把机为例验证该场景构建方法的有效性和实用性。To solve the problem of effective access to latent user requirement in the process of product innovation,the design scenario was established based on emotional design. The typical elements were obtained based on the Web to determine the key direction of scene construction. The instinctive and behavioral layer's scene were established according to the different cognitive dimensions in emotional design. The relationships between two layers' scenes were judged using correlation theory to integrate the scene. Then, the user reflection emotion in the scene was visualized. The simplified emotional ring model was made as a source of user re- flection emotional words. Two pairs of basic emotional words were made into a Liken scale for each scene. The questionnaire was used to obtain the corresponding user reflection emotion area. The fishbone diagram method was used to perform scene analysis to obtain user requirement. The user requirement was transformed into design requirement. Finally ,the effectiveness and practicability of the scene construction method was verified by picking and bundling machine.
