摘 要:通过拉伸试验,在荷载方向与GluBam胶合竹板(简称GluBam)主纤维方向、齿板主轴方向不同夹角的10组工况下,对齿板连接GluBam节点的板齿强度进行了研究。结果表明《木结构规范》(GB 50005—2003)、《轻型木桁架技术规范》(JGJ/T 265—2012)中板齿强度插值公式在α=0°时不适用于齿板连接GluBam节点,在α=90°时适用于齿板连接GluBam板齿节点。在此基础上,提出了齿板连接GluBam节点的板齿强度设计值公式,以在齿板连接GluBam结构的设计中使用。Ten types of specimens were tested to examine the tooth strength of metal-plated-connected glued laminated bamboo(GluBam) joints. The main testing parameters were the varying angles between the load direction and the main fiber direction of GluBam and the main axis direction of the truss metal plate. The strength of the truss plate′s single tooth was studied by the tensile test. The results show that the single tooth strength design value formula in Code for design of timber structures(GB 50005—2003) and Technical code for light wood trusses(JGJ/T 265—2012) are not applicable to the truss plate-connected GluBam joints when α is 0°, but when α is 90°, the formula is applicable to this joints. Based on the test results, the design formula of single tooth strength was proposed, which can be used in the design of the metal-plate-connected GluBam.
