摘  要:随着特高压直流工程建设不断提速,电子式电流互感器在特高压直流输电系统中应用数量逐步增长,故障统计样本不断丰富,暴露出的一系列问题,严重威胁电网安全稳定运行。为掌握电子式电流互感器的运行现状,针对国家电网公司直流工程应用于直流保护系统的电子式电流互感器故障进行统计分析。统计数据表明,电子式电流互感器故障率远高于电磁式电流互感器,光学电流互感器故障率高于光电式电流互感器。根据各故障部件统计数据,结合典型故障分析,总结电子式电流互感器高故障率的原因和薄弱环节,给出薄弱环节提升建议,为后续电子式电流互感器技术的研究和应用提供参考依据。With accelerating construction of UHVDC projects, application of electronic current transformers(ECTs) in UHVDC transmission systems gradually increases. With continuous accumulation of fault statistics, a series of problems are exposed, seriously threatening safe and stable operation of power grids. In order to master current status of ECTs, statistical analysis was conducted on the faults of ECTs applied in DC protection systems in DC projects of the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC). Fault statistics of different types of CTs indicate that the fault rate of ECTs is much higher than that of electromagnetic CTs, and the fault rate of optical CTs is higher than that of photoelectric CTs. According to statistical data of fault components, combined with typical fault analysis, the causes of high fault rate of ECTs, vulnerable links and suggestions are summarized, providing reference for subsequent research and reliable application of ECT technology.
