摘  要:藏中电网因其特殊的地理环境约束,具备典型的"大机小网"和"大直流、小系统、弱送受端"特性。此外,随着光伏等高随机性新能源比重的增加,频率稳定问题已成为系统主要运行风险。基于藏中电网模型,分别分析藏中电网在典型故障下的频率稳定特性,以及藏中电网内发电机组调速器参数对系统频率稳定性的影响。基于分析结果,针对藏中电网跳机故障,设计系统级协调控制系统方案,提出调速器在线PID参数优化调整、直流调制与切负荷相结合的藏中电网频率协调控制策略,对藏中电网的安全生产运行具有较好的实际指导价值。Due to special restrictions of geographic environment in Tibet, Central Tibetan Grid has classical characteristics called "large turbine and small system" and "large-capacity DC, small system and weak sending/receiving ends". In addition, with increase of photovoltaic power with high randomness, system frequency stabilization problem becomes a main operating risk. Based on the model of Central Tibetan Grid, this paper analyzes the frequency characteristics under classical system faults and effects on frequency stability caused by changing hydrogovernor controller parameters. Finally, based on the analysis, a system-level coordinated control scheme is designed, and a coordinated strategy to improve frequency stability is proposed, including optimization of governor online PID parameters, HVDC modulation and load shedding. The analysis and coordinated strategy are beneficial to system safe operation in practice.
