摘  要:分段开关优化问题属于非线性、不可微的组合优化问题,为此提出了一种新的启发式算法以解决中压架空线开关优化配置问题。文中模型构造了包含两个供电可靠性指标的多目标函数,即将系统平均停电持续时间(system average interruption duration index,SAIDI)和缺供电量(expected energy not supplied,EENS)归一化后相加,并设置了可靠性指标最小提升效果和最大开关费用等约束。阐述了开关位置灵敏度最大的单开关定位通用指标,并据此提出了中压架空线开关配置三阶段优化算法。第一阶段根据馈线段有/无联络,快速直观定位合理或优化的开关候选安装位置;第二阶段逐一确定各分段开关的初始安装位置;第三阶段采用迭代方法进一步优化调整新增开关的安装位置。算例验证了三阶段优化算法的合理性。The optimization placement of sectionalizing switches is a non-linear, non-differentiable and combinatorial problem, and a new heuristic algorithm is proposed in the paper for the sectionalizing switch optimization placement of a medium voltage overhead line. In the presented model, a multi-objective function is constructed, which involves two normalized power supply reliability indexes, i.e., system average interruption duration index(SAIDI) and expected energy not supplied(EENS). The corresponding constraints include the minimum improvement effect of power supply reliability indexes and the maximum allowable switch cost. A general criterion of maximum switch position sensitivity is presented to locate a single switch, and thus a three-stage optimization algorithm is proposed for the sectionalizing switch placement of a medium voltage overhead line. In the first-stage, based on the line tie connection, reasonable candidate switch placement positions are intuitively determined; in the second-stage, initial placement positions of sectionalizing switches are found one by one; in the third-stage, an iterative method is used to adjust the placement positions of sectionalizing switches. The case studies show the rationality of the proposed three-stage optimization algorithm.
