摘  要:配电系统剩余供电能力(RSC)给出了在节点负荷不需要减少的前提下,配电网可利用的供电潜力,由于该指标不需要切减已有负荷,因此更能指导实际运行。已有的RSC模型没有考虑网络重构,对已有模型进行改进,得到了合理考虑网络重构,能够优化分段开关和联络开关位置的实用剩余供电能力模型,并证明了该模型能进一步优化配电网开关分布,并充分发挥配电网的供电潜力。首先,介绍了RSC的定义、已有的模型和应用场景;其次,改进已有的RSC模型,得到更完善的实用剩余供电能力模型(RSCp),阐述其应用场景,并给出了求解方法;再次,推理说明了该模型比已有RSC模型更能深入挖掘配电网的供电潜力;最后,结合算例说明文中模型的实用性和正确性。文中论证了较为完善的配电系统剩余供电能力模型,能够优化分段开关和联络开关的选取策略,更适合指导电网运行,有利于高效利用配电网的供电潜力、提高资产利用率。Residue supply capability(RSC) of distribution system provides power supply potential of distribution network in the premise that the node load need not to reduce. Because this index need not to cut down existing load, it is more suitable to guide actual operation. However, existing RSC models do not consider network reconfiguration. This paper improves the existing models and obtains a residue supply capability model, considering network reconfiguration reasonably and optimizing positions of segmental switches and contact switches. It is proved that the model can further optimize distribution network and give full play to the power supply potential of distribution network. Firstly, it presents RSC definition, the existing models and application scenarios. Secondly, the practical RSC(RSCp) model, a more perfect general surplus supply capability model, is presented. It also expounds its application scenarios and a solution method. Thirdly, the reason is explained that this model is of a power supply ratio with greater potential for using mathematical methods. Finally, an example is given to illustrate practicability and correctness of the model. This work improves the RSCp model of distribution system, optimizing selection strategy of sectional switches and contact switches, more suitable for guiding power grid operation, conducive to efficient utilization of power supply potential and improving asset utilization ratio.
