摘  要:卵巢癌是妇科恶性肿瘤死亡率最高的疾病,其发病机制尚不清.MAOA是锚定于线粒体外膜的生物源性胺,它的异常表达已在多种肿瘤中报道.然而,其在上皮性卵巢癌中的生物学功能仍然未知.我们通过数据库分析发现上皮性卵巢癌中MAOA的表达量明显低于正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢囊肿且MAOA高表达组患者预后较好.高表达MAOA可抑制体内卵巢癌细胞的增殖和迁移,促进其凋亡.我们的研究指出,MAOA作为一个抑癌基因是上皮性卵巢癌中一个预后良好的指标.Ovarian cancer is the highest mortal disease of gynecologic malignancy.The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is still unclear.Monoamine oxidase A(MAOA)is a biogenic amine anchored to the mitochondrial outer membrane,and the expression of MAOA has been reported in a variety of tumors.However,its biological function in epithelial ovarian cancer remains unknown.In current study,through database analysis,it was found that the expression of MAOA in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian cysts,and the patients with high MAOA expression had a better prognosis.High expression of MAOA could inhibit the proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer cells in vivo,and promote its apoptosis.The results indicated that MAOA as a tumor suppressor gene is a good indicator of prognosis in epithelial ovarian cancer.
