摘  要:针对崔家沟矿井底煤仓装载硐室围岩变形破坏及其主体悬挂给煤机的混凝土造成破坏特点,在原有结构基础上,提出壁后注浆、锚索加固、混凝土结构粘钢补强及下方支设钢管砼立柱相结合的方法来控制硐室围岩和梁的变形破坏,改善应力分布,提高混凝土结构的承载能力。并利用数值模拟软件分析了加固前后围岩及结构的应力和变形情况,论证了该加固方案的可行性。According to the surrounding deformation of Loading cavern located in Cuijiagou mine and the damage characteristics of its concrete beam which was used to hang coal feeder,on the basic of original structure,put forward the method combining the wall after grouting,the anchor reinforcement,the reinforcement of sticking steel in concrete structure and erecting steel tube filled with concrete column at the bottom of the beam.The purpose is that control the deformation and failure of surrounding rock and beam,improve the stress distribution and enhance the carrying capacity of concrete structure.Analyzed the stress and the deformation of the surrounding rock and beam before and after reinforcement,which demonstrates the feasibility of the reinforcement scheme by using the numerical simulation software.
