摘 要:矿井火灾应急系统是一个多因素的复杂系统,针对矿井火灾应急能力评估研究较少及一些传统评估方法存在的不足,首次构建了由4个一级指标,17个二级指标构成的矿井火灾应急能力评估指标体系,构建了将信息熵理论与区间可拓模型相结合的矿井火灾应急能力评估模型,为矿井火灾应急能力的评估提供一定的参考。The mine-fire emergency management system is a complex system involving several factors.However,there are few researches on assessing mine-fire emergency management capability,and some defects exist in the traditional assessment method.This work firstly constructed an indicator system to assess mine-fire emergency management capability,which contains 4 first-level indicators,17 secondary indicators.Moreover,a model used to assess mine-fire emergency management capability is proposed by combining the information entropy theory with the interval extension model.This method can provide some reference for the assessment of mine-fire emergency management capability.
