摘 要:以贵州毕节无烟煤和六盘水烟煤为原料,进行煤焦CO_2气化实验,采用FTIR、TG、XRD等技术表征原煤和煤焦。结果表明,六盘水烟煤焦具有丰富的大中孔隙结构,且含有较高具有催化作用的矿物质(Fe_2O_3、CaO),使得六盘水烟煤焦的气化活性在气化初始阶段高于毕节无烟煤焦。反应一段时间后,因受结构和灰层影响,毕节无烟煤焦的气化活性反而超过了六盘水无烟煤焦。另外,升高温度对2种煤焦的气化活性均有提高,但效果并不相同,体现在随着温度升高,矿物质的催化活性增大,使得六盘水烟煤焦气化活性高于毕节无烟煤焦气化活性的时间延长。The CO2 gasification experiment of coal char was carried out with a self-designed fixed bed corundum tube reactor,using Guizhou Bijie anthracite and Liupanshui bituminous coal as raw materials.The raw coal and char were characterized by FTIR,TG,XRD and son on.The results showed that the gasification activity of Liupanshui bituminous char is higher than that of Bijie anthracite char in the initial stage of gasification,cause richly big-medium pores structure and highly content of catalytic mineral substance(Fe2O3,CaO) Liupanshui bituminous coal have.After a period of reaction,the gasification activity of Bijie anthracite char is more than that of Liupanshui bituminous char because of the influence of structure and ash layer.In addition,both the char′s gasification activity increases with increasing temperature,but the effects are different,which reflected in the extension of time that Liupanshui bituminous coal char gasification activity higher than that of Bijie bituminous coal char for the catalytic activity of minerals improve with increasing temperature.
