摘  要:为优化洗煤工艺,实现对机电设备运行状态的在线监控,提出了基于WinCC的洗煤车间机电设备监控方案。洗煤工艺监控功能集成到上位机WinCC中,机电设备控制采用以S7-300 PLC为核心的PROFIBUS主-从站系统,机电设备运行异常检测与报警采用以ZigBee为核心的无线传感网络。该方案易于扩展、配置灵活,为远程监控和管理洗煤工艺与机电设备运行状态提供技术支持。To optimize coal washing process and realize on-line monitoring of electromechanical equipment operation status,WinCC monitoring scheme for electromechanical equipment in coal washing workshop has been proposed.Coal washing process monitoring function has integrated into host computer WinCC,electromechanical equipment control has used S7-300 PLC as core of PROFIBUS master and slave system,electromechanical equipment operation abnormal detection and alarm has used ZigBee as core of wireless sensor network.The scheme is easy to expand and flexible in configuration,it can provide technical support for remote monitoring and management of coal washing process and operational status of electromechanical equipment.
