我国产业发展“三大变革”的理论逻辑与方法论

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,对产业发展提出了新要求,推动产业发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革正当其时。基于产业生命周期规律和产业结构演变规律等理论研究发现,推动我国产业"三大变革"是产业发展的必然要求,具有自身的理论逻辑。"三大变革"为我国产业发展提供了发展新理念、新模式和新动力,成为产业发展的方法论。在具体方法上,需要围绕产业发展"三大变革"目标,从深化产业供给侧结构性改革、构建协同发展的现代产业体系、实施产业创新驱动发展战略三大方面着手进行推进。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which puts forward new requirements for industrial development. It is just in time to promote the changes of quality, efficiency and dynamic （the Three Great Changes） in industrial development. Based on the study of the law of industrial life cycle and the law of industrial structure evolution, it is found that promoting ＂the Three Great Changes＂ in China＇s industrial development is the inevitable requirement of industrial development, where it has been its own theoretical logic. ＂The Three Great Changes＂ has provided new ideas, new models and new impetus for the development of China＇s industry, which will become the methodology of industrial development. In terms of specific methods, we need to focus on the ＂the Three Great Changes＂, consistently deepening industrial supply-side structural reform, building a modem industrial system of coordinated development, and implying industrial innovation-driven development strategy.
