摘　　要：患者男,67岁,眶周及阴囊会阴区散在瘀斑1年。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层大量均一红染物质,结晶紫染色阳性,血清免疫固定电泳检测到单克隆免疫球蛋白IgA-λ(+),浓缩尿液免疫固定电泳检测到单克隆游离轻链λ(+)。诊断:原发性系统性淀粉样变。A 67-year-old male presented with ecchymosis in his trunk and extremities for more than one year. Histopathological examination showed amyloid substance deposited in the whole dermis,crystal violet staining was positive. Serum IgA-λ and Urine λ light chain were positive. The diagnosis of primary systemic amyloidosis was made.
