摘　　要：间充质干细胞因具有组织再生能力和免疫抑制功能,被广泛地应用于组织工程学和再生医学领域。越来越多的证据表明皮肤成纤维细胞可能是一种间充质干细胞。本文通过比较两类细胞的概念、培养条件、形态、标志物、分化潜能和免疫抑制能力,探讨两者的关系,进一步讨论皮肤成纤维细胞的干性。Mesenchymal stem cells are widely applied to tissue engineering and regenerative medicine due to its tissue regeneration and immunosuppression. Increasing evidence indicates that skin fibroblasts are a kind of mesenchymal stem cells. This paper aims to compare the definitions,cultural methods,morphologis,markers,differentiation potentials and immunosuppressive functions of these two kinds of cells,and then to investigate their relationships and explore the stemness of skin fibroblasts.
