摘　　要：嗜中性皮病是一组具有异质性的皮肤炎症性疾病,其特征是在无任何感染征兆时发生天然免疫系统的过度活化而出现中性粒细胞的调节异常。代表性的嗜中性皮病包括坏疽性脓皮病、Sweet综合征、皮肤皱褶无菌性脓疱病,本文以这三种疾病为例就嗜中性皮病的临床表现与治疗进展作了较详尽的综述。Neutrophilic dermatoses（ND） are a group of inflammatory skin disordersthat characterized by an overactive innate immune system. It present with dysregulation of neutrophils without underlying infectious etiology. The major conditions are pyoderma gangrenosum,Sweet＇s syndrome and aseptic pustulosis of the folds. The clinical characteristics and treatment of ND are comprehensively discussed.
