界线类偏结核样型麻风误诊为离心性环状红斑1例

摘　　要：患者男,69岁。全身多发性红斑7年。组织液检测抗酸杆菌(AFB)(-),误诊为离心性环状红斑(EAC),治疗无效。8个月前患者出现垂足等周围神经系统症状,再次查组织液AFB(+),组织病理学显示上皮样肉芽肿及有淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:界线类偏结核样型麻风(BT)。予以MDT-MB方案治疗,现在随访中。A 69-year-old male presented with multiple erythema for 7 years. Acid-fast bacillus（AFB） test for tissue fluid was negative,so it was diagnosed as erythema annulare centrifugum（EAC） and the treatment was ineffective. He complained with peripheral nervous system symptoms such as foot drop gait for 8 months. AFB test was positive,and histopathological examination showed epithelioid granuloma and lymphocyte infiltration. Borderline tuberculoid leprosy（BT） was diagnosed. The patient was treated with MDT-MB and under the follow up.
