摘  要:目的观察氨谷乳膏治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 80例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例外涂6%氨谷乳膏2次/d,对照组40例外涂3%氢醌霜2次/d。两组患者同时口服维生素E 0. 1g/次,1次/d,维生素C 0. 2g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后比较两组患者的疗效、黄褐斑评分和满意度评价判定治疗效果。结果临床疗效比较对照组的有效率为65. 00%,治疗组为50. 00%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);两组患者治疗后黄褐斑的面积、黄褐斑的积分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组患者的满意度为80. 00%,治疗组为67. 50%。结论局部外用氨谷乳膏也是治疗黄褐斑的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tranexamic acid and glutathione cream in the treatment of chloasmas. Methods Eighty cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group,topical applicated with 6% tranexamic acid and glutathione cream,twice a day; the control group was treated with 3% hydroquinone cream,twice a day. Patients in both groups received oral vitamin E 0. 1 g/d.Vitamin C 0. 6 g/d. The efficacy and the chloasma score were compared after the treatment for 3 months. Results The total effective rate was 65. 00% in the control group,50. 00% in the treatment group,and there was no statistically significant difference(P〉0. 05). Compared with baseline,the area of chloasma and the score of chloasma were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P〉0. 05). In the control group,the degree of satisfaction was 80. 00% and the treatment group was67. 50%. Conclusion The topical application of tranexamic acid and glutathione cream is one of the effective methods for the treatment of chloasma.
