产业结构演进中就业结构调整的滞后性研究——基于内蒙古数据的灰色绝对关联度模型分析

摘　　要：在构建产业结构与就业结构变动速度指标体系的基础上，利用灰色绝对关联度模型对内蒙古就业结构与产业结构变动的协同性进行了定量分析．结果表明内蒙古就业结构调整明显滞后于产业结构的变动，应从构建新型农业经营体系促进农业就业岗位再造、走新型工业化道路强化工业就业的补偿效应、发展现代服务业培育新的就业增长点等三个方面缩短和弥合其滞后时间，以促进内蒙古就业结构与产业结构的协调发展．On the basis of constructing the speed variation index system of industrial structure and employment structure, grey absolute incidence degree model is used to quan-titatively analyze the synergies between changes in employment structure and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia. The results show that Inner Mongolia＇s employment structure adjustments obviously lag behind the industrial structure changes. In order to promote the coordinated development of employment structure and industrial structure in Inner Mongolia, the following three aspects should be adopted to reduce and bridge its lag time： constructing a new type of agricultural management system to promote the reengineering of agricultural employment position, taking the new industrialization road to strengthen the compensation effect of industrial employment, developing modern service industry and cul- tivating new employment growth points etc.
