摘　　要：目的探讨显微外科手术治疗腕关节尺背侧囊肿致尺神经手背支卡压的临床疗效。方法自2009年2月至2016年10月，我们对6例腕关节尺背侧囊肿所致的尺神经手背支卡压患者，早期行囊肿切除术，其中5例行尺神经手背支松解，1例取腓肠神经进行神经移植修复。结果术后6例患者均获得随防，时间为12～33个月，平均25个月。术后所有患者囊肿均术出现复发，2例患者腕尺侧酸痛消失，腕关节屈伸活动正常。5例术后6个月尺神经手背支支配区皮肤感觉恢复至S4，1例术后16个月恢复至S3＋,两点分辨觉为3～7mm，平均4．5mm。结论腕关节尺背侧囊肿致尺神经手背支卡胝临床少见，早期囊肿切除并通过昆微外科技术对神经进行修复，可获得较满意的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of microsurgery treatment for entrapment of ulnar nerve dorsal branch caused by ulnar dorsal wrist cysts. Methods From February 2009 to October 2016, 6 patients with entrapment syndrome of ulnar nerve dorsal branch caused by ulnar dorsal wrist cysts were treated with early cyst resection. The release of ulnar nerve dorsal branch was performed in 5 cases, and nerve graft repair with sural nerve was conducted in 1 case. Results All the 6 patients were follow- up for 12 to 33 months with an average of 25 months. All the patients had no recurrence of cyst with normal wrist flexion and extension activities. Ulnar wrist pain disappeared in 2 cases. The skin sensation dominated by ulnar nerve dorsal branch recovered to S4 in 5 cases 6 months after the operation, and recovered to S3＋ in 1 case 16 months after the operation. The two-point discrimination was 3 to 7 mm with an average of 4.5 mm. Conclusion The compression of ulnar nerve dorsal branch caused by ulnar dorsal wrist cysts is rare. Early cyst resection and microsurgery treatment can achieve satisfactory recovery.
