摘 要:露天边坡稳定性是确定露天转地下开采隔离层厚度的重要因素之一。以密云铁矿为工程背景,采用有限元强度折减法分析了该矿露天转地下开采过程中隔离层厚度与露天边坡稳定性的关系,分析表明露天顶帮边坡安全系数随隔离层厚度的增大而增大。将边坡安全系数、隔离层安全系数、矿石回收率和隔离层承载力作为确定隔离层厚度的评价指标,基于理想点法提出了计算隔离层厚度的指标函数分析法,并运用此方法计算了密云铁矿的隔离层厚度。研究表明:不考虑边坡稳定性时,隔离层厚度指标函数分析法计算的隔离层厚度与其他方法计算结果基本一致;应用该方法,矿山可以根据各评价指标的重要程度,计算合理的隔离层厚度。The slope stability of an open pit is one of important factors to determine the interlayer thickness of the transition from open pit into underground mining. Taking Miyun Iron Mine as an example, the relationship between the interlayer thickness and the slope stability of the open pit was analyzed using the method of strength reduction FEM during the transition time from open pit to underground mining. It shows that the safety factor of the open pit top slope increases with the interlayer thickness. The slope safety factor, interlayer safety factor, ore recovery ratio and interlayer bearing capacity are taken as evaluation indexes to determine the interlayer thickness. Based on the ideal point method, the index function analysis method is proposed to calculate the interlayer thickness. The interlayer thickness of Miyun Iron Mine is calculated with this method. The results show that the interlayer thickness of the mine calculated with this method is in accord with the results derived by other method when the slope stability is not considered. The reasonable interlayer thickness could be calculated with this method according to the priority of each index of the mine.
