加快推进区域性资本市场发展的对策研究

摘　　要：加快推进新兴发展的区域性资本市场建设是完善多层次资本市场体系的重要内容之一。由于其建设时间较短,存在功能定位不到位,企业认知度不高等问题,且当前各省区域性资本市场发展不一,尤其是以东中西部地区区别较明显。区域性资本市场的发展程度对促进区域经济发展具有举足轻重的作用,本文从资本市场本身、政府、企业等角度提出区域性资本市场要坚持金融服务实体经济的功能定位、建立健全相关法律法规以及加强各区域联动互通的对策建议,以期加快推进区域性资本市场规范发展。Accelerating the emerging developing regional capital market construction is one of the important contents of perfecting multi-level capital market system. Due to its short construction period, there exists some problems such as incomplete function positioning and low recognition of enterprises. Besides,the development of regional capital markets in various provinces and regions is different, especially in the eastern, central and western regions. Degree of the development of the regional capital market plays an im- portant role in promoting regional economic development, therefore, from the aspects of capital market itself, the government and the enterprise,the paper puts forward that the regional capital market should adhere to the function orientation of finance serving the real economy, establishing and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and strengthening the regional communication in order to accel- erate the canonical development of the regional capital market.
