摘　　要：近年来,糖尿病足(DF)的发病率明显上升,已成为非创伤性截肢的主要原因。多个临床研究证实,高压氧疗法可通过多种不同机制促进DF溃疡的愈合。在传统疗法的基础上,高压氧可以成为DF治疗的新途径。The incidence of diabetic foot increased significantly in recent years. It has heeome a main reason for non-traumatic amputation. Several clinical studies have shown that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers through several different mechanisms. Hyperbaric oxygen could he a new way to treat diabetic foot in combination with traditional therapy.
