尼尔雌醇在围绝经期综合征治疗中的应用

摘　　要：尼尔雌醇为我国20世纪80年代研制成功的半合成长效雌激素,可用于治疗围绝经期综合征,一般每2周服用1~2 mg,有子宫的妇女每3月应加用孕激素以保护子宫内膜。尼尔雌醇可改善潮热、失眠、阴道干燥、性交痛、心悸、心情烦躁、腰痛等症状,尤其对老年性阴道炎、绝经期抑郁症、尿路感染疗效显著,同时还能保护骨密度。尼尔雌醇显效较快,价格便宜,服用方法简便,有较大的临床应用价值。Nilestriol belongs to semisynthetic long-term estrogen which was successfully developed in1980 s. It can be taken 1-2 mg every two weeks in treating perimenopausal syndrome and progestin should be added every three months to protect the endometrium. Nilestriol has been proved to be useful in improving the symptom of hot flashes, insomnia, vaginal dryness, dyspareunia, palpitation, irritability and backache in the past researches, especially effective in senile vaginitis, menopausal depression and urinary tract infection.Nilestriol also manifested itself effective in protecting bone mineral density. As working rapidly, cheap and convenient, nilestriol is greatly worth in clinical use.
