摘　　要：习近平在党的十九大报告中再次提出"中国方案"。可以说,"中国方案"蕴含了习近平全球治理思想,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是习近平对现代化发展、世界体系、社会发展方式、社会发展目标的深远思考和重构。习近平新时代"中国方案"不仅破除了西方现代化发展模式的神话,也破除了国际上的"中国威胁论""中国崩溃论",同时为解决人类问题提供一个全新选择。"中国方案"不是政治口号,而是解决人类现实问题的行动方案,需要我们在贯彻党的十九大精神中,发挥"中国经验"的优势,弘扬"中国精神",彰显"中国价值",占领道义制高点,推进新时代中国特色社会主义发展,与世界各国一道共同构建"人类命运共同体"。Xi Jinping put forward the＂China Program in his report on the 19 th session of National Congress of the CPC＂.It can be said that the ＂Chinese program＂contains Xi Jinping＇s thought of global governance,a concrete embodiment of the Xi Jinping＇s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and a profound reflection and reconstruction of Xi Jinping＇s modernization development,the world system,the way of social development and the goal of social development.Xi Jinping＇s＂China program＂in new era breaks not only the myth of the western modernization development model,but also the international＂China Threat Theory＂and ＂China＇s collapse theory＂.At the same time it provide a new choice for solving the human problem.＂China Program＂is not a political slogan but an action plan to solve the problems of human reality.We must carry out the＂Chinese experience＂,carry forward the＂Chinese spirit＂,highlight the＂Chinese value＂,occupy the moral commanding point of the moral and try hard to implement the＂China program＂of Xi Jinping＇s global governance,and promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and work together with other countries to build the community of human destiny.
