从闽南龟粿印看崇龟文化

摘　　要：龟粿是闽南地区特有的民俗祭祀品和民间小吃。由龟粿祭品衍生的龟粿印模中所描刻的龟纹、寿字等吉祥图案,象征着闽南百姓对美好生活的向往和对生命健康的祈求。闽南人对龟的崇拜虽然继承了中原文化,但与众不同的是,他们不仅视龟为吉祥物,而且是以食品、祭祀品、寿品、礼品、收藏品等作为"福、禄、寿、喜、财"的象征。形形色色的闽南崇龟文化,体现了闽南民俗文化是建立在中原吉祥文化的基础上,并具有独特的思想内涵和寓意。Turtle-shaped rice cake is a kind of traditional food in Minnan area of China,which is often used in different folk ceremonies.Various types of auspicious patterns have been carved on the molds like moires and character for longevity,which express Minnan people＇s yearning for heath and better life.Altough Turtle-worship tradition of Minnan area can be traced back to the central plains culture,but shows special characteristics.People in Minnan area not only regard turtle as a mascot but also draw or carve its image on common food,offerings,birthday gifts,presents and collections as a symbol of lucky,higher income,longevity,happiness and money.In conclusion,all kinds of Minnan Turtle-shaped molds and the traditional culture they have conveyed show that Minnan people have inherited the turtle worship culture of central plains area and have developed their own speciality.
