摘 要:对钢纤维自应力混凝土(SFRSC)加固既有混凝土结构结合面的抗剪性能进行了研究。通过对7组Z形试件进行抗剪性能试验和数值模拟,对比分析了不同加固情况下的结合面抗剪强度和结合面开裂后的抗剪能力,并对结合面抗剪强度、结合面开裂后的受力状态以及结合面剪应变分布情况进行了深入剖析。试验结果表明:与普通新混凝土相比,SFRSC与老混凝土结构具有良好的结合性能;在结合面构造钢筋约束下,SFRSC的微膨胀变形可使结合面产生法向预压应力,有利于提高结合面抗剪性能。The shear behavior of bonding interface of existing concrete structures strengthened by steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete( SFRSC) was studied. Shear behavior test and numerical simulation of seven specimens of Z-group were conducted. The shear strength and the shear resistance of the bonding surface after cracking under different reinforcement conditions were compared and analyzed. The deep analysis of the shear strength,the stress state of the bonding surface after the cracking and the shear strain distribution were carried out. The test results show that SFRSC has good bonding performance with old concrete structure compared with ordinary new concrete. And under the constraint of constructional reinforcements,the micro-expansion deformation of the SFRSC can cause the normal pre-compression stress of the bonding surface,which is beneficial to improve the shear performance.
