复方中药和京万红软膏治疗实验家兔皮肤全层切伤模型的效果

摘　　要：为研究不同药物对家兔皮肤全层切伤的治疗作用,我们选取24只实验家兔,平均随机分为4组,分别为复方中药组、京万红组、模型组与空白组,对实验家兔制作皮肤全切模型引起皮肤创伤第1天后开始试验治疗。在试验第3、7、14、21、28天,检测实验家兔临床体征、血液学指标、血液生化指标和细胞因子指标。试验结果显示,在创面愈合速度观察中,3组创面皮肤愈合速度为：复方中药组〉京万红组〉模型组;在切伤表面渗出观察中,京万红组创面渗出明显,3组创面表面渗出程度为：京万红组〉模型组〉复方中药组。在治疗后感染死亡统计中,空白组实验家兔感染死亡率为0,模型组实验家兔感染死亡为50%,京万红组实验家兔感染死亡率为16.67%,复方中药组实验家兔感染死亡率为0,3组试验切伤感染死亡情况为：模型组〉京万红组〉复方中药组。在治疗后第21天和第28天,模型组实验家兔白细胞（WBC）数显著高于治疗组与空白组（P〈0.05）,在第14天京万红组的白细胞数明显增加,中药组与空白组差异不显著。血液生化指标检测结果显示,在治疗后第3天,复方中药组、模型组和空白组实验家兔的谷草转氨酶（AST）比活性显著高于京万红组,模型组总蛋白（TP）质量浓度明显高于复方中药组、京万红组和空白组,三组之间差异不显著。在第21天和第28天,复方中药组、京万红组和空白组实验家兔白蛋白（ALB）质量浓度、TP质量浓度显著高于模型组。细胞因子检测结果显示,在第14天复方中药组实验家兔的FGF-2质量浓度与空白组无明显差异,显著低于京万红组和模型组;在第28天模型组的NGF质量浓度、TNF-α质量浓度显著高于复方中药组、京万红组和空白组。试验结果表明,在皮肤全切模型实验家兔的治疗过程中,京万红组和复方中药组具有良好的抗菌、消炎与防治感染功效,在治疗�To investigate the functions of different medicines on the treatment for rabbits with skin cut of whole layer,24 experimental rabbits were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups equally.Rabbits in the compound Chinese medicine group and the Jingwanhong group were treated with the indicated materials on day 1 after the model of skin cut of whole layer was established.The model group and the blank group were used as controls.Clinical signs,blood biochemical indexes and cellular factors ofthe rabbits are examined on day 3,7,14,21 and 28 after the model were established.In result,wound healing of rabbits in the compound Chinese medicine group spent shorter time than that of the Jingwanhong group and the wound healing of rabbits in the model group spent the longest time.More wound effusion was observed in rabbits in the Jingwanhong group compared with that of the model group and least wound effusion is observed in the compound Chinese medicine group.Mortality statistics of rabbits in the blank group,the model group,the the Jingwanhong group and the compound Chinese medicine group were 0,50%,16.67% and 0,respectively.White blood cells（WBC） of rabbits in the model group were significantly higher than that of the treatment group and the blank group（P〈0.05） on day 21 and 28 post-treatment.WBC of rabbits in the Jingwanhong group accumulated obviously on day 14 post-treatment and WBC counts of rabbits from the Chinese medicine group were not different from that of the blank group.Blood biochemical tests results showed that aspertate aminotransferase（AST） was significantly higher in rabbits of the compound Chinese medicine group,the model group and the blank group compared with the Jingwanhong group on day 3 post-treatment.The total protein（TP） level of rabbits of the model group was obviously higher than that of the compound Chinese medicine group,the Jingwanhong group and the blank group,but was no significant difference among the last three groups.ALB（albumin） and TP of rabbits of the compound C
