摘 要:制备了一种LOOP型微纳光纤共振环,分析了影响共振环形状及其特性的相关因素,并将其应用于折射率传感实验.结果表明该微纳光纤共振环的自由光谱范围与环的大小成反比,随着外界折射率的增大,该微纳光纤共振环的光谱呈现出整体向长波长方向漂移的趋势,即产生了红移现象,且波长红移与折射率之间呈现一种线性关系,实验测得该微纳光纤共振环的折射率敏感度为1427.86 nm/RIU.所设计微纳光纤共振环折射率传感结构制作方法简单、可集成,具有较高敏感性.A LOOP-type micro-nano fiber resonant ring is fabricated. The factors influencing the shape and characteristics of the resonant ring are analyzed, and it is applied to the refractive index sensing experiment.Results show that the free spectral range of the micro-nano fiber resonant ring is inversely proportional to the ring size. With increasing of the external refractive index, spectrum of the micro-nano fiber resonant ring shows a tendency to shift to long wavelength. That is to say, the red shift phenomenon occurs. There is a linear relationship between the red shift of the wavelength and the refractive index, and the refractive index sensitivity of 1427.86 nm/RIU is achieved. The designed refractive index sensing structure based on micro-nano fiber resonant ring is simple, integrated and sensitive.
