摘　　要：本文以知识链为研究对象,探究关系治理对知识链组织成员合作的影响。构建了知识链关系治理机制体系,包括:关系行为治理机制、关系控制治理机制和关系激励治理机制,并提出相关研究假设,研究其对组织合作绩效的影响。结合调查问卷数据,运用结构方程对本文相关假设进行实证检验。研究表明:知识链关系治理机制对组织合作绩效以及组织间知识流动存在正向影响;知识流动作为中介变量,对知识链绩效起到正向影响作用,并在知识链关系行为治理机制与知识链组织合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用,而在关系控制治理机制、关系激励治理机制与知识链组织合作绩效间起到完全中介作用。Selecting knowledge chain as the research object, this paper explored the impact of relational governance on group members cooperation in the knowledge chain, constructed the relational governance system of knowledge chain, including the rela- tionship behavior governance mechanism, relationship control mechanism and relational incentives mechanism, proposed the re-search hypothesis and studied its impact on the performance of organizations. Combined with the questionnaire data, this paper used structural equation to test the related hypotheses in this article. The study shows that there is a positive impact among knowl-edge chain relational governance mechanism and organizational cooperation performance and inter- organizational knowledge flow. Knowledge flow as a mediator variable plays a positive role in the knowledge chain performance, plays a partial intermediary role between the knowledge chain relationship behavior governance mechanism and knowledge chain organizational cooperation performance, plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship among control governance mechanism, incentive management mechanism and knowledge chain organization cooperation performance.
