摘  要:研究了脉冲曝气方式(曝气5 min/停曝10 min)对活性污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)和出水溶解性微生物产物(SMP)的影响。结果表明:与连续曝气相比,脉冲曝气减少了EPS和SMP的产出,且EPS和SMP含量变化整体呈正相关。脉冲曝气下EPS在较高泥龄(SRT)下的含量高于较低SRT时的,占EPS组成大部分的TB-EPS含量随着SRT的延长而增加,LB-EPS含量则变化较小;SMP受SRT变化影响不大,但由于低SRT时蛋白质容易富集,所以较高SRT时出水SMP的含量略低于较低SRT时的。The formation of the al products (SMP) were investigated extracellular polymeric in pulse aeration mode substances (EPS) and ( aerobic/anoxic was 5 the soluble microbi- min/10 rain). The results showed that the pulse aeration mode decreased the formation of EPS and SMP, in comparison with the continuous aeration mode. A positive correlation was demonstrated between the contents of EPS and SMP. The content of EPS was higher at longer SRT than shorter SRT under the pulse aeration mode. TB- EPS, which constituted most of EPS, increased with the extension of SRT, while the level of LB-EPS re- mained stable. SMP was insensitive to SRT. However, SMP was slightly lower at longer SRT because protein was easily enriched under shorter SRT.
