摘　　要：目的建立一测多评法同时测定补肺活血胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和毛蕊异黄酮的含量。方法用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷为内标,测定其与毛蕊异黄酮的相对校正因子(RCF),计算含量。结果毛蕊异黄酮对毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的RCF为0.696,一测多评法计算值与外标法实测值间差异无统计学意义(RAD<1%)。结论以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷为内标,用一测多评法同时测定补肺活血胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和毛蕊异黄酮的含量,在技术上是可行的。Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker （QAMS） to simultaneously determine the content of calycosin-7-glucoside and calycosin in Bufei Huoxue capsules. Methods Calycosin-7-glucoside was taken as the internal standard and the relative correction factor （RCF） of calycosin was established. The content of calycosin was then calculated based on its RCF. The method was evaluated by comparing the quantitative results of the external standard and those of QAMS with HPLC. Results The RCF of calycosin to calycosin-7-glucoside was 0.696, indicating good repeatability. No significant difference was found in the quantitative results of the two flavonoids by the external standard method and QAMS （RAD 〈1%）. Conclusion The method with a single marker is accurate and feasible in evaluation the quality of Bufei Huoxue capsules.
